Shadow Course
This Shadow Course will unlock the door to a better understanding of who you are.
Shadow work is acknowledging the light and dark within you and the goal is to find the balance through understanding the essence of you.
You will learn through the 6 session series archetypes and personality types, light and shadow, astrology, how to find beauty in your shadow, crystals for shadow work, vortex points, personality profiling and more...

Session 3 – Affirmations for Shadow work
Session 4 – Meditation
Session 5 – Human Design
Session 6 – Closing and Integration
Pre-recorded 60-90 minute video sessions can be worked through in your own time and questions may be asked through the Rachel Grace Academy of Metaphysics private Facebook Group.
